Edward has a broad range of experience in asset and structured finance and advises on all types of structures for commercial shipping and aviation assets as well as for superyachts and private jets.\u00a0 He regularly acts for banks, lessors, funds, private equity, family offices and vessel owners in connection with financing, leasing and registration transactions.<\/p>\n
