Rights of Third Parties to enforce contractual terms (Section 4)<\/h2>\n

The Law seeks to address the general legal principle of \u2018privity of contract\u2019. This general principle provides that a person who is not a party to a contract may not enforce the terms of that contract.<\/p>\n

The Law provides that a person who is not a party to a contract (\u201cthird party\u201d) may <\/em>enforce rights expressly granted to them in the contract if:<\/p>\n
