DLA Piper Hong Kong and Jingtian &amp; Gongcheng acted as Hong Kong legal counsel and PRC legal counsel, respectively, to Guotai Junan Capital Limited (being the sole sponsor) and the underwriters (including Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and CMB International Capital Limited).<\/p>\n<p>FriendTimes Inc. is a leading integrated and well-established mobile game developer, publisher and operator with particular success in female-oriented mobile games in China, with revenue and net profit in 2018 reaching RMB1,464.3 million and RMB336.7 million respectively.
