This can complicate matters during the course of litigation and, in turn, when attempts are being made to settle via mediation. This seminar will look at the mediation process generally with a\u00a0particular emphasis on what role an insurer might play in a mediation.<\/p>\n<h2>Speakers:<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rpc.co.uk\/people\/tim-bull\/\">Tim Bull<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nPartner \u2013 RPC<br \/>\nTim Bull is an expert in defending insurance brokers, trustees, financial services professionals, and offshore financial and corporate service providers.
