Michael Popkin<\/strong> joins Campbells as a Senior Associate from top tier firm Allens in Australia where he was a key member of their restructuring & insolvency team for the past 14 years. Michael is a highly experienced commercial litigator who specialises in complex cross-border transactions, with a particular emphasis on corporate restructuring and insolvency issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Michael brings tremendous experience to the firm having been involved in some of the highest profile matters brought before the State and Federal Australian courts. Prior to his practice in Australia, Michael spent the previous decade advising international clients on legal issues arising out of investment and commercial disputes in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n

Previously a barrister at 4 New Square in London, Hamid Khanbhai<\/strong>\u00a0has joined the firm as a Senior Associate after completing a three month secondment. Hamid has extensive experience dealing with large-scale multi-party litigation and his practice\u00a0encompasses commercial litigation as well as insolvency, restructuring and investment fund litigation. \u00a0Hamid also\u00a0has particular expertise in insurance\/reinsurance, shipping, construction and professional negligence disputes as well has professional liability claims and arbitration.<\/p>\n

Hilary West<\/strong>, Senior Associate, is a highly experienced commercial litigation and competition lawyer, with a unique blend of regulation advisory and dispute resolution experience. Prior to joining Campbells, Hilary practised at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Australia.<\/p>\n
