Philipp is highly experienced and has a wide range of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campbellslegal.com\/expertise\/corporate-commercial\/\">corporate and commercial<\/a> expertise with particular emphasis on alternative investment structures, including the formation and restructuring of investment funds. Philipp also deals with finance and regulatory matters and will be involved in the development of the firm\u2019s Latin American practice.
