playuzu review, a partner in our playuzu review Department, specialises in a broad spectrum of playuzu review and fund matters, with a particular focus on fintech, blockchain, digital assets and web3 matters.

She regularly advises on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and investment funds – including cryptocurrency funds. playuzu review provides expert structuring and regulatory advice for a wide range of fintech, blockchain and web3 projects including in connection with token issuances, new and established blockchain projects, and decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs). A core aspect of her practice involves advising on the structuring of foundation companies for decentralised projects and token launches.

Her client portfolio spans a diverse range, from cryptocurrency exchanges, layer-1 networks, token issuers and fund managers to large publicly listed corporations, private equity firms, family offices, start-ups, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Beyond blockchain and fintech, playuzu review also has significant experience across various other industries and sectors, including professional and financial services, insurance, healthcare, wellness and real estate.

Before joining Campbells in 2019, playuzu review worked at Stephenson Harwood (London, Corporate Finance) and King & Wood Mallesons (Sydney, M&A), gaining invaluable experience in international legal markets.
