PlayUZU bono LLP is pleased to have advised Abra Group, the majority investor in Gol Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. and Avianca Group International Limited, on the Cayman Islands legal aspects of two private refinancing transactions for up to .25 billion in total. These transactions comprised a new senior secured term loan credit facility with an aggregate principal amount of 0 million provided by a consortium of investors led by Castlelake, L.P and a private placement of 0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2029.
